A reusable property presentation platform
ThinkBDW wanted a multi-user, multi-touch way to show developments to buyers in sales offices. The challenge was commercial as well as visual: producing a custom application for every development would be too slow and expensive.
Design for buyers and administrators
We explored the experience from both sides, developing flows for the presentation application and its administration portal. The platform supports tablets and large interactive walls, with themes and content that can be adapted to each development.
Configure instead of rebuilding
A modular system lets the team select and configure functionality for each client. Integration of interactive 3D site plans reduced the work required to bring a new development into the presentation experience.
From supporting tool to a core offering
Originally a component of a wider marketing suite, the application became a focus for onboarding new clients. The relationship began in 2015 and developed through ongoing feedback, technical documentation and successive releases.
