A complete racing experience
For Sysco Productions, we built the applications behind a ticketed racing experience at The Formula 1® Exhibition. Engineers needed venue setup tools; hosts needed registration and session controls; visitors needed an engaging view of the race.
Keep every part connected
The suite connects gaming rigs, session management, lap records and a leaderboard showing live track positions and daily, weekly and monthly best times. Retry mechanisms and reduced data transfer help keep communication reliable.
Prepare before the venue is available
We recorded a game session and built a simulator for ten simultaneous rigs, allowing integration testing before the complete physical setup was available. Automated game-menu sequences helped hosts start sessions consistently.
Ready for a touring exhibition
Simple installation commands and a forty-page operating guide supported setup and troubleshooting. The suite first launched at the Toronto exhibition with ten rigs serving hundreds of visitors daily, using racing hardware created by Sysco Productions.
